Wholesale Process

The process begins with the receipt of meat and other raw materials from our suppliers. Upon delivery, the products and their accompanying documentation are inspected, along with the required transportation and storage conditions.

Following receipt, the products are transferred to the appropriate refrigerated or frozen storage areas, depending on their type and specific requirements. Storage is organised to ensure proper inventory management and the immediate availability of products for order fulfilment.

The raw materials are then processed according to the requirements of each order. The meat is cut, trimmed and prepared in the appropriate quantities and formats to meet the needs of each professional customer.

The products are separated and portioned according to each order. This process ensures the accurate allocation of products to each customer and the correct distribution of quantities.

The prepared products are appropriately packaged to protect them during storage and transportation. Where required, the necessary product labelling and identification are also applied.

Before dispatch, each order is checked for the correct products and quantities and then allocated by customer and destination. This reduces fulfilment errors and ensures that every customer receives the products ordered.

Where necessary, completed orders remain in the appropriate temperature-controlled storage areas until their scheduled dispatch. Distribution is prepared according to the delivery route, the customer and the products’ preservation requirements.

The final stage involves loading and distributing the orders to our professional customers. The process is organised to ensure that products are delivered under the required conditions and within the agreed timeframe.

In this way, our production process connects the sourcing of raw materials with processing, preparation, allocation and final distribution, creating an integrated and well-organised workflow to serve the wholesale market.
